Amanda's Blog Articles

In therapy, I work with clients to eliminate the fear of “what if” and focus on “what is”. Where sometimes diving into the past is needed, my effort to help individuals look at their whole self, and build self-trust and self-confidence, begins with discovering what can be done in the present to guide them toward the future they desire.
