Program Therapist


Our practice is seeking a licensed male therapist who is passionate about helping sexual addicts, their partners, and young people impacted by pornography. The ideal candidate would be someone who is non-judgmental, compassionate, and believes in the worth of all people. Includes on-the-job and advanced training in the field of sexual addiction, as well as writing and speaking opportunities.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical counseling to clients as scheduled.
  • Complete clinical documentation within two weeks of date of service (recommended to be completed daily)
  • Maintain required billable hours. Work hours must be maintained in a way that is responsive to client/program needs.
  • Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities.
  • Complete all recommended continuing education requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned (including but not limited to completion of Social Security/Disability forms, authorization and billing forms, phone calls, and participating in case consultation meetings).
  • Facilitate group sessions for clients attending the LifeSTAR Program.

Qualifications:

  • A masters or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
  • Must be a licensed LCSW, MFT, or LPCC Therapist

Clinical Director


We are looking for a licensed therapist to work as Clinical Director of Lifestyle Transformation-Fresno, an affiliate of a national treatment program for food addiction (www.lifestylenational.com). We will provide training in the Lifestyle Transformation model. 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Administer assessments for potential clients, schedule and facilitate weekly group sessions, and see participants individually once a month.
  • Foster relationships with referral sources within the community and medical professionals.
  • Communicate with National regularly on any ideas, challenges, and requests.
  • Continue program development by utilizing new strategies, tools, materials, resources, and retreats.

Qualifications:

  • A masters or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
  • Must be a licensed LCSW, MFT, or LPCC Therapist

Licensed LCSW, MFT, or LPCC Therapist


Provide competent counseling services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.
