Throughout her journey as a mental health clinician, Ream has been blessed to work with a diverse set of clients, with the youngest being 6 years old and the oldest being 70 years old. The areas she finds interest in working in are cultural challenges, multicultural awareness, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders including PTSD, adjustment disorder, acute stress disorder, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and coping skills.

Ream uses an integrative approach to therapy. With a person-centered and humanistic approach as the main theme, she integrates CBT, DBT, Mindfulness therapy, play therapy, an attachment-based approach, multicultural therapy, and family systems.
